I’m a big believer in Martial Fitness and the Psychology behind it as well as they way in which martial arts philosophy can revolutionise your life. A Durham University graduate, I studied Biology, Psychology and Anthropology. So I understand a bit about what makes people tick, influenced by their body, evolution and the culture that surrounds them.
I am also a life long martial artist. A practitioner of the GCSD (Gintas Combat Self Defence) discipline for over 20 years. Student of Kickboxing, Judo, Wrestling (Classical, Freestyle and Sambo), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai and Boxing. I’ve fought MMA in the cage and not only survived but won. I believe in Martial Fitness and that the Psychology behind Martial Arts can give us an insight into ourselves and our life journey. I want to share that with others and help them too.
I also want to help those aspiring to compete in combat, particularly those interested in MMA. As a woman who you would never guess did any of this I can offer first hand advice to girls and women who have questions about this world or need help navigating it.
I look forward to hearing from you.
